NickAppliances is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

At NickAppliances we offer an easy 3-day refund or exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most of the merchandise bought from NickAppliances.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 3 days from the date on which these merchandise is delivered.

You may return the merchandise to us in the following ways:

Most merchandise are returnable in our stores, to check which merchandise cannot be returned in our stores please call us. You may visit any NickAppliances store in Canada, and return the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice, or

You may call NickAppliances us from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible. In some cases, you will have to courier us the merchandise.

Any returns/exchanges at NickAppliances stores, or through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the merchandise. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us 10:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

While we shall make our best efforts to ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from NickAppliances, we shall be unable to accept order cancellations, exchange or returns for below….

 – Gift Vouchers, E-Vouchers, Git Cards & Magazines.
 – Products that have been used or tampered.
 – Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning.
 – Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually.
 – Merchandise sold on Discount during Sale period.
 – In the event you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will not refund the shipping charges applicable to that merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped to you at an additional shipping charge of Rs.50/-.

Returns/Exchange through courier collection:

If you request a return/exchange through courier collection, at the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return/exchange request.

Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with exactly the same price as the merchandise being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care Associate will check and confirm if the merchandise is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made. If the same merchandise is not available, then we will refund you the merchandise value.

Any refund against a “return request” made to NickAppliances customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the merchandise was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by NickAppliances, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

Some merchandise can only be returned through courier collection process.

Cancellation of Return Request

A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service. In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the product.

Refusal of Return Request

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any other costs and you will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.

Frivolous Complaints

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned herein.

We have the discretion to cancel an order. The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include without limitation the following:

 – Your failure to comply with these conditions or breach of any of the policies / terms referred herein
 – Technical errors or issue
 – Any reason relating to credit / fraud avoidance
 – Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the user in order details
 – Malpractices used to place the order
 – Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale
 – Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address
 – Order is undelivered after three (3) attempt
 – EMI offer, if any, is rejected by the bank

Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us.

We reserve the right to remove any product from NickAppliances.com at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the Website or not processing an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Availability of Products – All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse the merchandise amount that you may have paid.

Cancellation by the you – Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Refunds are provided for cancellation / return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy. Given the same, the refunds would be initiated as under:

Cancellation by you prior to the product being shipped for delivery. You will receive a refund for your cancelled order or product that has been accepted. Delivery charges shall not be refunded.
Return of goods within 3 days from the order delivered to you. The amount paid by you for the said order or product shall be refunded. Delivery charges shall not be refunded.
Return of defective goods within 3 days from the order delivered to you. You will receive complete refund of the order or the product but not the delivery charges, post the defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products by us.

Time period for refund – Refunds are normally processed within 1-5 working days after the completion of quality checks of product returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels. Interest charged by the bank providing the EMI Scheme till the time the request for return or cancellation is raised will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third party service provider errors or delays.

Mode for refund – The mode of refund of payments cannot be changed at any stage as the refund amount is transferred to your source account. Refunds are paid back to the source of payment. Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party accounts, i.e. the name provided in the User Account should match with the name of the bank account holder. A refund initiation confirmation by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us will be sent to you.

You explicitly give your consent to receive communications (by SMS, email or other modes of communication) sent to you by us.
